Second Life Places Open to eLearning Providers

posted in: elearning | 0

Our very own Ener Hax put together a list of spots on the iliveisl Second Life estate that people can freely use. Not all places are geared towards eLearning providers, however they may still prove to be options for holding meetings in Second Life.

Much of the value of Second Life is in the ability to meet and chat in a 3D fashion.  Dynamics differ when you chat in a virtual world and this is exemplified by IBM’s heavy use of it for meetings.  So much so that virtual meeting space is part of Lotus Notes.

This list includes “fun” spots that may or may not fit your needs.  But they are all free and we leave it to you to take advantage of any of these if you so desire.  The estate community is very nice and respectful.

Have fun!
