In a great way!  Philip has been more visible with fixing slurl.com which had been broken for months.

Now he has announced that the viewer will become a community development project.  This is a good thing because other examples of this (FireFox, Blender 3D, and Moodle) all have had passionate people add so much value to them.

This will help SL become the choice in virtual worlds and perhaps as ubiquitous as the Flash Player.
